Chiropractic Care Manipulative Therapy

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Joseph Donnelli has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.


Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.


Lifestyle Advice

We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each our patient is a whole person, and help them reach true health and wellness is a collaborate effort between our professionals and our patients.


Nutritional Assessment

We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Dr. Joseph Donnelli can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs.


Therapeutic Ultrasound

What is Therapeutic Ultrasound for Scars?

Ultrasound is a therapeutic treatment using high frequency sound waves administered in the region of soft tissue injuries. Through sound vibrations tissues can be penetrated in order to warm them, with the heat being utilized to increase blood flow, relax muscle spasms, massage damage tissues, and speed the healing process. 


Electrical Muscle Stimulation

Electrical Muscle Stimulation is a special form of electrical current that is administered at the site of soft tissue injury for the relief of pain. This is done through small amounts of current being induced into the tissues to contract and relax the muscles in an effort to reduce muscle spasms and pump out inflammatory factors.


Decompression Traction

Traction therapy is utilized to reduce the pressure off of the nerve roots that may be irritated by herniated discs, bony abnormalities, or inflammatory factors. This therapy is regarded as a non-surgical approach to treating symptoms such as numbness, tingling, and/or sharp pains that may travel through extremities as a result of nerve impingement.

Cold laser therapy is a treatment utilizing specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissues in order to help accelerate the healing process. The treatment is done through a handheld sized device that can send light through the skin in order to help eliminate pain, swelling, reduce swelling, and increase the functionality of the tissue more quickly and efficiently.
